Our main goal is to offer quality products at the best possible price. But this is not enough if the conditions for purchasing the product are not simple and understandable by everyone.
Prices, content and availability of products
All the prices indicated on the site are comprehensive of Italian VAT (22%). The prices and availability indicated on the site are intended subject to exhaustion of stocks and may be subject to changes due to market or other causes. Discounts, coupons and promotions are never combined. The images shown on the website are entirely indicative for presenting the product.
Validity of prices and order confirmation via email
By submitting the order form you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This order confirmation has the sole purpose of notifying the receipt of the electronic order and does not constitute formal acceptance of the order. The applied price will be the one fixed at the time of the order. However, it is possible that some offers or items have in the meantime run out or have undergone particularly significant price changes. In this case, we reserve the right to contact you as soon as possible to cancel the order (without penalties for both parties) and possibly propose an alternative product.
Responsibility
It is understood that The Dicetroyers assumes no responsibility for the use that the customer intends to make of the goods purchased. In the event of defective or non-functioning goods, The Dicetroyers will have the sole burden of repair or replacement at its discretion. In no case will The Dicetroyers be held responsible for lost earnings due to the inability to use the products purchased.
Fulfillment of orders
Unless otherwise indicated, we reserve the right to send the available products and subsequently the products not in stock without further charges for the customer. If, on the other hand, partial evasion is explicitly requested by the customer, he will have to bear the burden of the additional shipment.
The lack of products or parts of them in the package or their possible damage during transport must be declared within 2 days of receipt of the package (also by email).
Delivery methods and times
The Dicetroyers ships by express couriers which have always offered a fast and guaranteed service.
Average shipping times are 1-2 working days, but these may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes. For shipments outside Italy, shipping times vary according to the destination of the goods, according to the times indicated by the couriers indicated above.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national (Italian) holidays, by delivering the products to the address specified when ordering.
It is very important, during the purchase phase, to indicate a valid email address, in order to allow the courier to communicate the taking charge of the shipment and thus optimize the delivery methods.
Methods and terms of payment
The customer has the right to choose between different payment methods:
- Bank Transfer in Advance;
- Credit card “Visa, Mastercard, American Express”. through Stripe technology;
- Paypal.
Return of goods and right of withdrawal
If the customer is a “consumer” (ie a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, artisanal or professional activity that may be carried out), he has the right, pursuant to and for the purposes of the updated Legislative Decree 206/2005 from the Consumer Code in implementation of Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights in force since June 14, 2014, to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreements within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Sale and Purchase Agreements. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the customer by sending The Dicetroyers a written communication, by e-mail to the address indicated on the Contact page, containing:
- the willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- the indication of the order number that gave rise to the Sale and Purchase Agreement from which it intends to withdraw.
In case of exercise by the Customer of the right of withdrawal:
- the Customer must return the Products within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice;
- all costs associated with returning the Products are entirely charged to the Customers.
The Dicetroyers undertakes to refund the Price in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal provided that:
- the products have been returned and are intact;
- the original packaging / packaging of the products is returned and the same is intact;
- any accessories are returned and they are intact;
- the products have not been used in any way other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The Dicetroyers will communicate to the Customer the methods of reimbursement of the price and may, for this purpose, request the Customer for his bank details (IBAN and holder of the current account).
In the event that the product has deteriorated or damaged The Dicetroyers will refund the product anyway, but at the reduced price of the depreciation caused by the customer.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is regulated by the Italian law.
In the case of consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent, if located in Italy. For any other dispute, the Court of Monza and Brianza will have jurisdiction.
